Positive: Clean and cozy off street parking Negative: Very noisy, can hear all other tenants plus had people sitting right outside bedroom windows late at night

Good value. Needs to be improved on above mentioned issues Positive: cleanliness and helpful host. location is great. price is inline with the facility Negative: walls are paper thin. Attention to detail when putting paint on. tiles are missing from bathtub, the tub floor is extremely slipper. No hangers for clothing. No extra bedding stored in apt.

Positive: Location was great Negative: There were ants, I didn't like how the door code was the same for the front door and all the units, laundry room was full of sheets so we couldn't use the facilities

Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody who doesn’t look like them hanging around.And I say that as a reasonablywell to do white man myself.

Property was easy to find. Location is good. The property manager was easy to communicate with.
