Nice place to stay!

The description of "new" in the listing is not accurate. The furniture is stained and the condo shows significant signs of use. The photos and description vs what it truly feels like are quite different. Good communication and check in instructions were easy and it was fairly affordable I was just expecting it to be a little nicer, newer, and cleaner.

Just right for a quick couple of days at our church convention. WHile within in walking distance to Peublo Convention Center, it was up hill one way! Clean and cheery.....enjoyed hosts' introduction and instructions......perfect price!

Dangerous and life threatening. Positive: The inside of the accommodation was quite nice. Negative: On arrival at the accommodation I was met with a police cordon due to a gang shootout resulting in a woman being shot. I was told by the police I couldn’t stay there. As I had nowhere else to go at the time I was required to access the accommodation until I was able to make other arrangements. I was instructed to stay on the floor or couch so I couldn’t be shot. Once I had arranged alternative accommodation and paid for it I phoned the police to escort me out of the building and drive me to a safe location. There is no way I was able to use the accommodation and was refused a refund.
