I wouldn't recommend staying there at all. Positive: They were very nice allowing pets. Negative: I had to stay some extra time to finish up on what I had to do. At first it was okay but then after that after I had to stay longer I was treated extremely bad. Since I had to add more time nobody had came in the room to clean it so therefore I was double charged on a cleaning fee I had asked the host or the manager Sammy to please talk to Judson the manager on that but never received a reply back or answer. When asking for stuff that they tell you if you need anything to let them know you sit and wait for hours on end before they come over and then they have attitude with you which I didn't appreciate it or think I deserve to be treated that way I understand that they are busy but nobody should be treated the way I was treated I felt very hurt after that I didn't ask her for anything. I totally understand that she has other places she needs to go and clean and do things for but still she shouldn't have treated me that way I spent almost $1,000 on my stay. Judson was always too busy to really talk to me and take care of my issues that needed to be handled fairly he mistreated me as well. I should have never been double charged on my cleaning fee. The first day before I had to add more days on to my stay I gave them a really good review because I was afraid and I just wanted to be treated decently. But in all honesty to be fair when we first got there the room wasn't very clean at all I had to take care of the room myself or the apartment and clean it. I was told the wrong room to go into. This isn't the way a business should be handled. I'm a manager too and I can tell you one thing I would never treat a paying customer anybody for that matter the way I was treated.

The best place to stay in Pueblo Colorado!!!!! Positive: The manager 's were excellent. They helped me in my emergency situation. I came here all the way from Wisconsin. I can't thank them enough for there kindness and understanding of what I was going through with dealing with a death.. Excellent place to stay . I give them a 5 star rating.

Bright & Relaxing Positive: Loved that it was close to the hospital. The apartment itself was super clean from floors, to beds, to the fridge and furniture. The emails about our codes and times for check in and out was very clear and understandable. It was beautiful. Negative: Some dishware we went to use still had food on it. There was a big spider in the bathroom upon entering. When it was time to lay down for the night the lights from the outside brought in quite a bit of light in the room. Definitely needed bigger pillows or more pillows. Water pressure in shower was somewhat low.
